Advanced Mechanical Services was founded in 2012 by Sergio Laneiro, a Western Massachusetts native with more than 25 years of hands on HVAC experience.
What started as a commitment to doing quality work the right way has grown into a trusted local company serving homeowners, builders, and families across Western MA. Sergio built AMS on straightforward values: show up when you say you will, do the job right, and stand behind your work.
In 2022, the company entered an exciting new chapter when Sergio’s oldest son, Sergio Jr., officially joined the business. Today, the father and son team run Advanced Mechanical Services together, combining decades of experience with the next generation of leadership.
